Meet The Founder, Jenna Glenn
Educator. Writer. Coach. Advocate for what is possible. Phoenix.
I’m Jenna Glenn, founder of Grace and Grit Life Coaching. With over 25 years in education—as a teacher, administrator, coach, and thought leader—I’ve built a practice that supports people and systems in becoming more sustainable, more compassionate, and more aligned with their values.
My work lives at the intersection of three worlds:
-
Educational Consulting: I help schools and districts retain staff, rebuild culture, and lead with purpose through wellness-focused PD, keynote speaking, and the Phoenix Cycle framework. I specialize in special education professional development, and teacher effectiveness workshops.
-
Author & Speaker: I write and speak on educator healing, values-based leadership, neurodivergent resilience, and the real work of systemic change.
-
Neurodivergent & Recovery Coaching: I work 1:1 and in small groups with educators, late-identified neurodivergents, and individuals recovering from burnout, masking, or identity loss—helping them reconnect with who they are and how they want to live. I also provide classes and content on executive functioning and emotional regulation for homeschooling and unschooling groups/communities.
Everything I offer is rooted in a belief I’ve earned through experience:
When people feel seen, supported, and aligned with their values—they rise.
Let’s build something that lasts while sustaining what matters most to them.
